GrowthFox ("we," "us," "our") operates the growthfox.app platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that data.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers.

Usage data

We collect information about how you use the platform: pages visited, features used, campaigns sent, and performance metrics. This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your information

  • -Provide and maintain the GrowthFox platform
  • -Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • -Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
  • -Improve the product based on usage patterns
  • -Respond to support requests
  • -Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party processors necessary to operate the platform:

  • -Stripe — payment processing
  • -AWS — infrastructure and email delivery (SES)
  • -Anthropic — AI features (Claude API)

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • -Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • -Export — download your contacts, content, analytics, and revenue history at any time via the API or one-click export
  • -Delete — request full deletion of your account and associated data

Cookies

Essential cookies (authentication, session) are required for the platform to function. Analytics cookies are optional and can be disabled. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.
