Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GrowthFox ("the platform"), operated by GrowthFox ("we," "us," "our") at growthfox.app. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GrowthFox, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including API keys. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• -Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
• -Upload or distribute malware or malicious content
• -Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• -Use the platform for illegal purposes
• -Resell the service without a reseller agreement
• -Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent security controls

Intellectual property

The GrowthFox platform, including its code, design, and documentation, is our intellectual property. Your content — blog posts, emails, subscriber lists, analytics data — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Payment terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not take a percentage of your revenue.

Data ownership

You own your data. We process it to provide the service. You can export all your data at any time via the API or one-click export. If you cancel your account, your data is deleted within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific uptime SLA for non-enterprise plans. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthFox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
